Return Policy

Returns
Forever Young Apparel will accept returns for all full-price merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by an invoice. Please take note of the following before attempting a return:
  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with original tags intact.
  • Sale items are NOT eligible for return.
  • We do NOT accept the following products for return due to sanitary reasons: earrings, hats, bathing suits, bras, socks, or underwear.
  • We do NOT accept returns for gift cards.
  • Merchandise purchased with a gift card is NOT eligible for a refund. These items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Return shipping and handling is the customer's responsibility and shipping charges will not be included in the refund.
If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please send us an email with your order number and specific item(s) you would like to return before shipping your return at support@fyapparel.com. Once you email us, you can send your return to the following address:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Within 2 business days after your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Exchanges

We do our best to accommodate exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date, however, we cannot guarantee that sizes/item(s) will still be available when requested. All exchanges must meet the criteria set above in the "refund" section. To request an exchange, please email us the order number & the item(s) you would like to exchange at support@fyapparel.com and we will respond within 2 business day(s) if the exchange is accepted. 

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately upon retrieval. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us with a photo of the defective item at support@fyapparel.com within 2 days of retrieval as determined by the carrier tracking.
