Where Do You Ship?
Currently, our store ships to the 48 continental U.S. states, along with the District of Columbia.
How Much Do You Charge for Shipping?
We charge a $5 flat rate for standard shipping (3-5 business days). However, if you spend over $100 in our store, standard shipping is FREE. We also offer an Express shipping option (1 business day) at a flat rate of $23.
How Long After I Place An Order Will It Be Shipped?
All orders placed between Monday-Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. It will typically take around 3-5 business days to receive your order if standard shipping is selected.
What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?
During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. During our promotional period your order may not be shipped as quickly as normal. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
How Do I Use A Promotional Code?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied. Please note: only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and we DO NOT price match any past promotions.
How Do I Make A Return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo(s) of the item(s) you would like to return, along with the order number. Please note the following when requesting a return:
- We DO NOT accept the following for returns due to sanitary reasons: earrings, bras, bralettes, socks, hats, underwear, or swimsuits.
- We DO NOT accept returns for gift card purchases.
- We DO NOT accept returns on any promotional or sale items.
- All items being returned must be unwashed, unworn, and contain the original tags.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Why is my tracking number not updating?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate this issue.
Carrier Contact Numbers:
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address. We also are unable to refund additional shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Why does my item not look like the same color in the photos?
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is requested.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do our best to accommodate exchanges if possible. For an exchange, please email us the order number & the item(s) you would like to exchange, including size. Please note that the item(s) being exchanged must meet all criteria in our Refund Policy Page.
What if I have a problem or defect with my received order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days to inform us of this issue. If we are NOT notified within 2 business days of receiving the item (as determined by the carrier tracking), then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You MUST include a photo of your damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handing or incorrect sizing.
How do I measure myself?
Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.
Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement. If you generally wear your clothes below your waist, take that measurement as well.
Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks. Because making sure the tape is level back there can be hard, try to do it in front of a mirror.
Inseam: This is the distance from the uppermost inner part of your thigh to the bottom of your ankle. You can measure your inseam in two ways.
With help: While you’re wearing a pair of pants, have a friend stretch the tape from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle.
Without help: If you have a pair of pants that fit you perfectly (and they shouldn’t be too loose around the waist), measure the inseam of the pants, again from the crotch to the hem.
